I am a current PhD student at Georgetown University, studying Modern East Asian political history and US-East Asia Relations.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to live in China, Tibet, and Taiwan. I have advanced Chinese language skills, and have successfully passed the Georgetown University Chinese Language Proficiency Examination for doctoral students.

In addition, I have taught a course on SAT writing preparation/expository writing for high school students.

I have experience teaching children of all ages, as well as adults. I pay close attention to the learning style and particular needs of each student.
