Education should not be seen as just a requirement to get ahead, but part of enjoying life overall. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder, and entered the Peace Corps as a volunteer soon after graduation. I've just returned from my time with that organization with a passion for both learning and teaching. As a tutor, I work hard to be dependable and dedicated to my students' educations. I am eager to serve my students, and I focus on my students' needs during our tutoring sessions. I can help students who need additional instruction in Spanish at all levels and general foreign language study skills. I can also help with English skills from basic grammar and mechanics to writing, including creative writing, essay writing, college entrance essays, and essay editing. I also help students interested in journalism who need a little boost in their writing skills. When I am not tutoring, I fulfill my own love of writing through blogging. I also like to stay fit by running.
