Experience

I have a strong belief that every student can meet any goal they set their mind to, if they are willing to work for it. As a tutor, I want to inspire students to learn and grow academically. There is a large part of me that wants to impact others, and I believe that offering up a chance at education is the best course for achieving this personal dream of mine. I enjoy seeing my students succeed.I have experience in a variety of subjects, and I am happy to help in each area. In mathematics, I have knowledge in geometry, elementary math, middle school math, competition math, and pre-algebra. Science subjects include anatomy, biology, earth science, environmental science, and life science. In language, I can help with reading, writing, ESL/ELL, essay editing, phonics, literature, grammar, college essays, English, public speaking, and handwriting. I am also available to assist in art, American and European history, and social studies.I currently reside in Washington, D.C. I received my license to teach elementary education and I have been working as a teacher for five years. I also attended DeVry University.
