Education

University of Pennsylvania - Bachelors, Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics

Experience

I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a mechanical engineering degree. I always had some interest in hands-on mathematics and other forms of math. I also restored an old British car back in high school. Then, over the summer, I would help the neighbor kids with math. Some of my favorite courses in college were robotics, environmental science, and mechanical labs. I left the DC region after college in order to start working at a construction company. I spent my work days analyzing drawings, coordinating between trades, planning building sequences, and solving construction issues as they arose. Some of the subjects that I do well in include elementary and middle school math, test prep, and all level of calculus and algebra. In my free time, I enjoy yoga and hiking and snowboarding throughout the Shenandoah Mountains. I also enjoy cooking, as this allows me to make use of my more creative side.
