Hello! I have over 13 years of teaching experience at the elementary and college levels. I love to help students learn and be successful. Currently I teach in Arlington County Public schools, where I have taught for 8 years. I taught in Prince George's County, MD for 3 years. I was an instructor at the University of Maryland for 4 years. I am excited to help students in grades 3 through high school with English Language Arts, Writing, Reading, Social Studies/History, and Study/Organizational Skills. I am a highly qualified teacher who holds a VA teaching license. I have been a lead grade level and content lead teacher multiple times and I instruct new Arlington Public Schools teachers in the English Language Arts curriculum.

I love to cook, go to festivals, and visit amusement parks. I enjoy playing with my three dogs. I am a fan of scary movies and I read as much as I can. My husband and I like taking road trips and seeing what is out there in the world. I am from Virginia Beach and the beach is one of my favorite places to be.
