Experience
I have been a Elementary Ed. Teacher for 6 years. I worked in Special Education for grades k-5. I taught Kindergarten for 3 years and understand the importance of a strong foundation at the elementary level. I am currently teaching 3rd grade math in DCPS. I enjoy tutoring because I know how much students can benefit from 1:1 instruction. I worked with students who struggle in any area of the curriculum and love being able to provide students with that extra push they need to be to build confidence and be successful in the classroom.
