Private tutor in Washington, DC

Education

Juris Doctor at Howard University School of Law, Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs at University of Virginia

Experience

I am interested in becoming a tutor because I would like to teach kids one day in a classroom setting. In addition, I understand how frustrating it can be to not understand a subject and be unsure on how to proceed. At this point, I cannot remember my SAT scores, but I am currently an SAT tutor for Prolific Prep teaching the verbal section. In addition, my LSAT score was a 143. Beyond that, I took spanish all through college and studied abroad, living in Malaga, Spain, for a summer. In addition, as a law graduate, my editing and writing skills are excellent as I was also the Senior Technical Editor for the Human Rights & Globalization Law Review. I have also worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Herman C. Dawson, as well as a legal intern for Advancement Project, via a fellowship. Currently, I work on the Karl Racine District of Columbia Attorney General Campaign, and am waiting for my Bar results from Maryland.
