I'm a third year undergraduate student at the George Washington University in Washington DC. I major in International Affairs and minor in Public health. I attended a public magnet high school with a curriculum focused on international affairs and global leadership.
Experience
I have tutored students ages 10-18. In my first year of undergraduate studies at GW, I tutored two students (one in grade 4 and one in grade 5) at a local charter school. I oversaw the development of their reading skills twice a week for about 10 hours per week. I scored a 1930 on my SAT exam in 2011. I have taken a Kaplan SAT preparation course and consider myself proficient with the SAT framework. I am particularly proficient in both the mathematics and writing sections. My coursework at GWU has included both micro- and macro- economics, as well as statistics. Additionally, I have taken a multitude of history and comparative politics courses and consider myself above average in the realms of world history, American history, and history of the Middle East.
