Experience

I went to Carroll College in Montana to earn my bachelor's degree in biology. I also minored in chemistry. I'm currently attending Georgetown University as a medical student. I love learning, and I'm driven to learn as much as I can about the sciences. I believe the most effective way to help a student achieve success and realize their potential is to make learning materials fun and engaging. When I work with students, I don't focus on helping them get through the course. Instead I work on their fundamental understanding of the subject so that they are able to think critically and apply their knowledge as opposed to using rote memorization. These skills can be applied in any subject a student studies as well as in life. I'm looking forward to tutoring students in algebra, biology, chemistry, essay editing, English grammar, chemistry, and foundational math and science topics.
