Experience
I am currently working my way through law school at Northeastern University, focusing on Global Public Health. I received undergraduate degrees from Berry College. I hold a BA degree in sociology and a BS degree in biochemistry.I have been tutoring since I was in high school, with both elementary and college age students. I have been a live-in tutor for brilliant high school students who were homeschooled, and I have worked as a private tutor for kindergarten and fourth grade students as well. I have tutored just about all elementary and secondary subjects from reading and arithmetic to algebra and chemistry. In college I worked in an advanced placement program for high schoolers, where I tutored struggling high school students after school. I also worked at my college's tutoring center, helping college students. As I tutor, I believe it is important draw upon my student's strengths and work to build up their confidence by showing them that they can achieve success once they apply themselves. Outside of tutoring, I read extensively and love to cook.
