Education

University of California, Davis - BA, Communication

Experience

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. I also have a minor in Global and International Studies from the University of California. I became fascinated with these topics when I had the opportunity to study abroad. I moved to Washington, DC, and I've been working in the communications department. In the past, I've worked as a teaching associate at a popular school. I'm also involved with the Horizons Greater Washington. This is a nonprofit group that works to empower students by providing a variety of academic, cultural, and recreational programs to all that enroll. I am also employed with DCPS as a 2nd grade teacher. I enjoy tutoring on Writing and Public Speaking. I feel that these are two topics that are used a lot in life.My hobbies include taking pictures, making different types of food, and I try to stay fit by running regularly. I also enjoy different languages and writing.
