Experience

I love to work with children, and it is a goal of mine to help them realize their own abilities. I believe that education is based around learning how to think and how to make our world better, as well as more meaningful. In my opinion, the best teachers take textbook information and show their students how it is applied to the real world.I am studying to become a nurse, and want to use my skills overseas. I have always loved to travel, even from a very young age, and I wish to help those in need. To be able to combine travel and my science skills, as well as helping others, would be an ideal life for me. I am available to work with students in Algebra 1, Middle School Math, Biology, Chemistry, Essay Editing, Psychology, Public Speaking, SAT Subject Tests (Critical Reading, Chemistry, and Biology E/M), Social Sciences, English, Math, Science, Technology and Computer Science, and Neuroscience.I graduated from Hamilton College, where I earned my degree in Neuroscience, and a minor in Computer Science. When I'm not busy, I love to listen to music, watch movies, and play video games.
