Experience
I attended St. Andrews University in Scotland. While studying in Scotland, I obtained my B.A. in English Lit. My secondary focus was on philosophy. While at St. Andrews University, I did a decent amount of exploring. During my explorations, I ended up in Romania. It was there that I had the privilege to teach ESL to Romanian students. Upon returning to the U.S., I moved to the city of New York and earned a master's degree in Acting. During my time in New York City, I worked in theater and production. Following my time in NYC, I set forth to Washington D.C where I became a substitute teacher for middle school students. My teaching philosophy is quite simple. I tailor each lesson to meet the needs of each individual client. Additionally, I always make sure to put an emphasis on engaging in conversation. I also make sure to put an emphasis on listening exercises. I offer tutoring in English, writing, public speaking, and pronunciation. I am also a certified ESL instructor. When I am not tutoring or teaching, I enjoy going on adventures and helping animals at the veterinarian hospital that I currently work for. I also enjoy creative writing and storytelling.
