Cassandra C.
Private tutor in Washington, DC
Education
BA in Political Science from San Francisco State. I did a year long judicial internship in the San Francisco criminal court for my BA. I studied abroad in Germany; did a semester outside of Bonn. I am presently working on my MPA from University of San Francisco as well as just completed 2 years of international public policy special studies at UCLA. I have a 3.8 GPA.
Experience
I tutored English, government and history while I was a senior in high school. I just scored a top score on the State Department FSOT and I am going through that interview process now. I attend think tank lectures 2-4 times per week with a focus on the US-Russia relationship. I have traveled to 24 countries and 44/50 states mainly for product launches and media tours. As a consultant I found myself mentoring a lot of my colleagues. I love to teach people about how public policy relates to their life as well as encourage them to get as much education as possible while still making time to study 'the real world.' I am a natural communicator. I find it easy to explain topics as well as to teach people how to do research.

Hobbies
I don't have a lot of times for the hobbies I prefer. I grew up flying my dad's piper archer II (single engine aircraft). I also started riding horses at a young age and competing different horse events. As an adult I learned to play polo, which is my sport of choice. I like to watch soccer. As a publicist (consultant) I worked for many years in the music industry with known Grammy winners. I appreciate all kinds of music.
