Hobbies

Hello! My name is Elise Barry and I am from the middle-of-nowhere Vermont. I have always had a passion for learning and throughout high school, as well as here at Georgetown, I have tried to share this enthusiasm with my classmates and friends. I know how much talking with others can help me understand a concept and I would love to be able to do this for other students through tutoring. After successfully navigating my way through high school, while playing sports in addition to academics and clubs, I feel I am fairly equipped with time management skills and am able to share these with others. As terrifying as the SATs may be, I managed to survive those as well and would be happy to share tips and tricks. I love children (I am continuously trying to hold on to my inner kid) and would be excited to work with youngsters through high school and even on to fellow college students. I am outgoing, enthusiastic, responsible and excited to help however I may!
