Education

I am a graduate of The Catholic University of America with a Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatre. I graduated cum laude and also held a minor in English. Currently, I am looking into getting my master's degree in English Literature.

Experience

I worked at my university writing center, assisting undergraduate and graduate students with every phase of writing. I worked with students from every area of study on both academic and creative writing endeavors. I absolutely love tutoring because I enjoy helping students arrive at solutions on their own; I ask the right questions and live for the "a-ha!" moments. I received a 32 overall score on the ACT, with a 36 in English and Reading and a 12 on the writing portion. I also got a 5 on the AP English Literature test and the AP US History test.

Hobbies

I have two main loves in life: musical theatre and literature! On the performing side, I love to sing, dance (especially tap and swing dance), play the guitar, and write plays and musicals. On the more academic side, I love reading and creative writing. I am a big fan of the Bronte sisters and C.S. Lewis.
