Experience
I have my BA in Political Science and studied French at Ohio State University. I have taken my GRE and hope to have my master's degree in the future. Currently, I am working full time in Washington, DC. I haven't always lived in the United States. I spent some time living in France. During my time there, I developed an appreciation for the language and culture. My time in the country helped me become fluent in the language and I would love to put that skill to use. If you are struggling with French, I can help you get back on track. In addition, I did very well on my GRE and ACT both and have a skill set conducive to helping students prepare for both exams. Test taking is all about repetition and practice, two things that I incorporate into my teachings. In addition to my experience as a student, I have also had extensive experience with public speaking. I have also spent a large amount of time tutoring students between the ages of eight and ten in France. I truly enjoy teaching and learning a language and want my students to have the same enthusiasm for it. I make it a point to build lesson plans that teach people more than just the basic information. I also believe in creating a customized learning experience for each individual. I am looking forward to sharing my love for language and learning.
