I am a native Russian speaker. I taught Russian and Psychology to high school and university students in my home country. I work at the International Center for Language Studies in Washington, DC and tutor Russian using WyzAnt, Inc. platform. Here’s my profile: I have an extensive experience of tutoring Russian to foreigners of different ages and levels, including Americans, Brits, and Poles. I am familiar with the newest teaching trends and use a variety of the best Russian textbooks, vocabulary guides, games, grammar reference resources, modern dictionaries, podcasts & audio lessons, vodcasts & video blogs, and other resources. I tutor Russian to people of different ages and levels in one-on-one settings and via online platforms. On a daily basis I provide translation and interpretation services to human rights groups in the U.S., write blogs and articles for Russian and Belarusian web resources, and provide development support to civil society groups in the former Soviet states.

I'm a passionate traveler. I was lucky to be able to visit 41 countries. I love to swim, read (modern Russian literature), cook, watch European movies, listen to classical music, and volunteer with human rights groups. I'm into photography - I had several personal shows, including "Charming India" (Gomel and Minsk, 2007) and "America" (Gomel, 2012). I have also participated in collective shows in my native Belarus, Ukraine, and Poland. I speak English, Russian, Belarusian, Polish, and some Ukrainian and German.
