Harvard University - Bachelors, Social Studies , Johns Hopkins University - Current Grad Student, Biotechnology

I attended Harvard University to earn my bachelor's degree in social studies and global health. I researched in the public health area for several years before attending Johns Hopkins University for my masters degree in biotechnology. My passion in life is to increase access to health care in developing countries. I also love learning languages, reading, writing, and outdoor activities. As a college student, I taught courses for adults in continuing education, and I also tutored students at the college level. I want to help my students develop a solid understanding of the subjects we work on together, and I want them to become excited about learning. Motivation is the key to success, and if students want to learn, they will continue to learn throughout their lives. When I have free time, I like to ride my bike, row, run, play the guitar, and read. I also enjoy soccer.
